Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback (NFB) is a non-invasive neuromodulation technique that trains individuals to regulate their brain activity through real-time feedback on EEG-recorded brainwave patterns.

The Benefits

By strengthening self-regulation, neurofeedback has been shown to enhance emotional stability, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve cognitive flexibility. Research supports neurofeedback’s ability to promote neuroplasticity and influence brain function, making it a valuable complement to conventional treatments for mood and anxiety disorders. Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs and administered under the guidance of a board-certified psychiatrist for expert oversight and personalized care.

What to Expect

  • We offer a free 15-minute initial consultation to discuss your needs and determine if neurofeedback is right for you.

  • The intake session (60 minutes) includes an EEG assessment and questionnaires to personalize your treatment plan.

  • Weekly sessions are 30 minutes and include neurofeedback training, progress assessment, and protocol adjustments as needed.

  • Patients will also complete a brief questionnaire before each session to monitor changes and optimize outcomes
