Meet Dr. Kritzer-Cheren
NEUROPSYCHIATRIST
Dr. Kritzer-Cheren is from Miami, Florida and received his medical and graduate degrees from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. His graduate work in Molecular Pharmacology focused on novel approaches to manipulating signaling cascades. He then completed Psychiatry Residency at Duke University as a research resident followed by a clinical fellowship in Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital. He has been awarded multiple grants in translational neuroscience with a focus on neurocircuit mechanisms of neurotherapeutics. At MGH, he is the Director of Preclinical Research in the Division of Neuropsychiatry and Neuromodulation and Assistant Medical Director of the Ketamine Service.
